PAYMENT METHODS
All prices are listed in CAD. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.

SALES
VTW Collective produces garments in small batches to ensure quality and exclusivity. For this reason, all sales including essential garments are considered final.

PRIVACY
Your personal information will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties under any circumstances.

SHIPPING & TAXES
Taxes are included in all product prices. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to the limited production of our collections, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@vtwco.com within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order details and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or store credit.

Orders cannot be modified after purchase. Any refunds issued under exceptional circumstances are subject to a 60% processing fee.
