Refund & Return Policy

Pre-Orders
Pre-order and made-to-order items will ship once stock becomes available. Estimated delivery dates are provided in the product description and are subject to change. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note: Pre-orders and made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellation, returns, or refunds under any circumstances.

Returns
All sales are final. Due to the exclusive and limited production nature of VTW Collective garments, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

In the rare instance that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact contact@vtwco.com within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the item is deemed defective upon inspection, we may offer a replacement of the same item or an alternative solution at our discretion.

Returned items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for consideration:

  • Unworn and in original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging intact.

  • Returned within 7 business days of receiving return approval.

VTW Collective is not responsible for return shipping costs or any additional duties/taxes incurred during the return process.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with their shipment. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are non-refundable.

Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout. VTW Collective is not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Restocking Fees
Returns received that do not meet the conditions above (e.g., worn, damaged, missing packaging or tags) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from any approved refund or exchange.

Exchanges
Due to the limited production nature of our collections, we are unable to offer exchanges. Please review sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. All sales are final.
