SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Due to the nature of our production process, please allow up to 14 days from the date of purchase for your order to ship.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, as well as tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

Taxes are included in all prices. For international orders, additional customs duties or import fees may apply depending on your country’s policies. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

VTW Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages where the shipping address provided at checkout matches the confirmed delivery address.
